John Franks getting shacked out of his mind.

When we'd returned from our thanksgiving celebrations and family gatherings, there was an email waiting for us. Upon opening it, a plethora of paisley and symmetrical patterns began to jump of the screen in various forms at us. John Franks is a resident of Basque County in Spain, that is currently writing and performing music in his band smile who've been together since 1996 and are working on releasing their second album in 2009. Johns life is heavily inspired by drawing, creating art, making music, and surfing- that is it. This quote from the email he sent over speaks volumes, and could say more than i could about him...

"Before anything I consider myself to be a surfer, It is surfing that inspires both my music and my drawings."
